Señor Presidente y Congreso, nadie conoce ni aprecia la
magnitud de los efectos positivos en este país de lo que ustedes han
recién logrado con el cribado neonatal.
Espero que el Ministerio de Salud:
1) mantener registros de todas las enfermedades encontradas,
2) las acciones tomadas,
3) las vidas salvadas
4) una reunión PÚBLICA anual sobre el estado de la salud pública. (rendición de cuentas)

just accomplished with neonatal screening.
I hope the ministry of Health will:
1) keep records of all illness found,
2) the actions taken,
3) the lives saved
